Celebrating One Week of Ready To Win – Pausing to Appreciate the Journey

It’s hard to believe that Ready to Win has been out for a whole week! Launching this book has been a whirlwind, and I’m so grateful for the incredible support from everyone who’s been a part of this journey. Today, I want to take a moment to pause and celebrate.

Celebrating accomplishments—big or small—is an important part of leadership. We can get so focused on pushing forward that we forget to pause and appreciate the journey. Reflecting on all the effort, late nights, even the years of the hard lessons learned that shaped this book and the support that brought this book to life is something I’m incredibly thankful for. 

So today, I’m celebrating Ready to Win being out in the world for one week, and I’m celebrating you—for being here, for supporting, and for helping spread the message. Here’s to all of us, staying Ready to Win, and the journey we’re on together. I really believe this is just the beginning! Thank you for being a part of it.
